Veterinary Technician
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, friendly, and organized Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our five-veterinarian veterinary hospital in Burien. Candidates must have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. We are open Monday through Friday and our staff needs to have availability from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. Your schedule may vary, but you must be available during these times.
Job duties include:

- Administering medications to patients
- Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Prepping patients for surgery
- Assisting veterinarians during surgical procedures
- Full-body x-rays
- Dental x-rays
- Anesthetic induction, monitoring, and post-operative care
- Filling prescriptions
- Clearly communicating discharge instructions with clients
